Ad Gentes Mission provides important organizational infrastructure for mission teams raising the necessary funds to get to mission. Once your team is formed and your mission is determined, we will meet with your leaders to set up a budget, fundraising strategy, and donor cultivation plan.
Identify the costs related to mission, such as; airfare and travel, food and lodging, marketing and fundraising expenses.
Create a workshop for your team to learn best practices for raising those important funds to get to mission. You will learn the basic math for how many donors you need and the dollar amount given that will translate into your fundraising goal. You will learn how to create a mailing for your team and what needs to be included. You will learn how to set a timeline that will meet the deadlines necessary for managing the expenses related to your mission.
Learn why building a relationship with those who support your mission is one of the most important aspects of mission. Your financial support is as important as your spiritual support. You will gain a proper understanding about how to engage your supporters before, during and after mission.

Did you know that not all donations to non-profits are tax deductible? For example, most donations to GoFundMe accounts for mission trips are not eligible for a tax deduction.
